Registered packages (but not EMS) with values above 250$, must pass an inspection at the Israeli customs prior to shipping abroad. Those packages will be picked up by the carrier within 1 business day (with tracking number provided immediately), transferred to the customs, and from there they will be sent abroad (usually takes extra 1-2 business days).
