Super 8 film color negative motion picture film Cartridge
This S
uper 8 cartridge of KODAK Vision3 200T
7213
Color Negative Film.Negative film will process as negative allowing for more latitude of light (more forgiving) and it is very easy to turn negative positive once you've digitized your film. This will run in any working super 8 movie camera. I keep my prices as low as possible for brand new Kodak stock.
Kodak's VISION3 200T
is a medium-speed tungsten-balanced movie film characterized by the fine grain structure of a 100-speed film with the flexible nominal sensitivity of a 200-speed index. It has a wide exposure latitude with exceptional highlight control for working in a variety of lighting conditions, ranging from high contrast outdoor lighting to mixed interior light situations. As part of the VISION3 series of movie films, this stock has high archival stability and is well-suited to digital post-production processes.
The T means the film is color balanced for "tungsten" indoor electric light, but once you process and digitize your film you can easily correct the color balance if need be in the edit. 200 speed means 200  ISO (or ASA) which is a medium sensitivity allowing you to shoot in more
average
light con ditions, but ideally indoors with bright studio lights or outdoors on an overcast day. I also carry a 50 daylight for bright outdoors or 500 tungsten for less bright indoor light.
All our Super 8 stock is factory direct from Kodak the last couple days or weeks,
and is kept refrigerated until shipping.
This is Super 8mm film
NOT
regular 8mm
FYI
:  THIS IS
NOT
REVERSAL FILM THAT PROJECTS AS POSITIVE IN A PROJECTOR; RATHER IT IS COLOR NEGATIVE WHICH MUST BE DEVELOPED AND TRANSFERRED TO AN ELECTRONIC MEDIUM TO BE VIEWED AS POSITIVE.
When you're ready to process; one company I know of is
Yale Film & Video
in California they are easy to find online (I have no affiliation with Yale). They can also transfer your film to video once processed.
Feel free to let me know of other processors you know of. I will add them to this list. I just want to direct people to whoever else processes Super-8 out there.
Feel free to ask me questions.
