LARGE DIVINE ANTIQUE ART NOUVEAU CAMEO, FLORA

Divine antique cameo from the Art Nouveau period. Just dripping with
period details, such as the arched and flowing hair, the lovely swan like
neck and the low draped, layered gown. Gorgeous creamy colors of tea and
buff, with multi-dimensional cabbage roses draping her neck. Sweet face,
beautifully detailed. Generously sized, and bezel set in gold mount with twisted ribbon border. No marks and did not test positive for gold, but has the look of gold. Huge size, so likely gilt or pinchbeck which would
have kept the costs down on such a large piece.
